The C100 Growth Summit, held annually in San Francisco, is an invite-only conference for Canadian startup founders. After its first few successful years, the summit wanted to look more professional and stand for the future of Canadian innovation.
The new logo is inspired by classic Canadian modernism, with a mark that interprets Canadian symbolism in a fresh way. Integrated into the C is a maple leaf, pointing forwards like an arrow.
The theme for the 2019 growth summit was talent: hiring, firing, managing and attracting employees in a growing startup. Aligned with the new branding system, the T in 'talent' becomes a scale that juggles the priorities of everyone involved in hiring and keeping workers.
